West Shore came to install my shower today. They did a very very good job. They were attention to detail and was very thorough in the job they did so I have no problems giving them a five star rating. keep up the good work…

Terrible customer service over the phone. Barely asked enough questions to find out if our house was suitable for a renovation.
Per the building code a shower drain must be 2 wide. Westshore installed a shower with a narrower drain. I highly recommend you have any work completed by this company inspected by a licensed inspector before signing off on the installation
Do not reccomend. For a bath remodel, (remove tub and install shower) we have had three repair issues over about two years. One, ring behind shower head on the wall came loose. Two, lower shower wall across from the shower head buckled out. Three, plastic guide for shower doors completely came off. This last is a safety issue. Shower doors could have fallen on someone. This is a guest shower---not used every day. First two defaults, they fixed with no charge. Now, they won't come out without a $125 service fee. Warranty work... read more
On 3/3/26 had a salesman stop by from West Shore Homes. I signed a contract for replacement of my back entry and storm doors for $7000. I was told I was getting a good deal with a discount and my military discount. After talking to some friends and one is a contractor, they said there's no way a set of doors would cost that much unless the front doors were getting replaced too. WestShoreHomes as a whole gets one star as they totally messed up a master bath remodel which began on Oct 2025 and was finally completed in March 2026. Many amateurs and incompetent so called experts. Too many mistakes and delays and lack of communication for a professional entity. A five star rating goes to **** ******** who ultimately corrected many of the missteps made by his coworkers. When contemplating a remodeling job do your homework and dont rely on one source for reviews or recommendations.
West shore demoed our bathroom, we were to get a new walk in shower, vanity, floor, complete remodel. They came tore out everything the only thing close to finished is the shower. They left 4 weeks ago, floor not finished, vanity in wrong spot, vanity put together wrong. Drywall incomplete, we have a bath we can't use. NO ONE IS RETURNING OUR CALLS!! Would not recommend them to anybody!
I would put zero stars, but...full bathroom with shower great, amenities in the other great, The flooring on the other hand not great. Salesman and installer said Lifetime Guaranteed. The cat scratched the floor and they said, "Not our problem." **** 6 months ago didn't like his shower and after looking at ours, it is a little off but not noticeable right away. I do like having a pull-down teak seat. /_(?)_/ I just noticed that the reviews they allow on their actual website are only the positive ones. Buyer Beware!
