We had a wonderful experience beginning with the project adviser. The two young men (Cody T. and Alex W.) were great from the time when they entered our home until the time they finished. They kept us inform as each step they accomplished. They finished the job earlier than one day. Very professional.

They worked hard all day but were sociable--it was good to hear the laughter as they worked. If they ran into an issue they called an expert, who showed up right away. Jody & Matt were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on letting me know what was happening, and very knowledgeable about their product. They also cleaned up nicely after they were finished. Everything went very well. I would highly recommend West Shore Home.
Eric S. and Davon C. did our walk-in shower installation and demo out of our old fiberglass tub. The work they performed was top quality and everything was cleaned up very well when they were finished. They arrived on time, 8:00AM, and worked pretty steady the whole time. They left our house around 3:15. Eric and Davon were very friendly and asked for our input on shelf and grab bar placements. It was certainly a pleasure meeting these two.

Ryan, Pedro, and Brain did a complete tear out of the old shower and put in the new shower in 8 hours. They checked the area under the old shower for any issues and showed me the area was clear of any problems. They completely removed all debris and clean the work area. they did everything we were promised. The customer service is excellent.
Shawn C and Preston T. were extremely courteous and professional. They checked in with me several times throughout the process to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. I highly recommend them and West Shore for anyone's shower/tub needs. We love our new walk-in shower!
