From first contact with the sales planner to instillation they were courteous and knowledgeable. The sales rep. presented a complete overview of what we could expect and what the finished project would look like . When installation crew arrived they were very professional and efficient at the removal of the old tub/shower and the install of our new walk in shower. I would recommend West Shore Home to any one thinking of installing a walk in bath.
Shawn C & Preston T were very professional with a friendly attitude. They made sure I was happy with what they were doing.
Windows look very well and like the style...would have liked two screens, but only came with one which was not explained at the time...Overall, pleased with the job...

Grant, Nate K and Cody were on time, explained what was to be done and got to work. They were neat and clean, did an outstanding job from start to finish. All considered my health, wore masks and approached me only when necessary. I am very satisfied with there work and very satisfied with the product that was installed. Before they left they ensured I knew how to clean and maintain the new shower.
The employees Ralph & Steve were very respectful and courteous they made sure we were satisfied with their work. They cleaned up all trash and cleaned the floor & window. Before they left they double check to make sure we were satisfied with all they did. I have no complaints and will hire them again. Very good to work with and helpful. They explained everything before they started also explained what they had done.. I would recommend this company and it's employees
Received a walk-in shower installation today from West Shore Home. The installers, Patrick G. and Johnny, were FANTASTIC. 5 stars all around. Highly, highly recommend. My new shower is so pretty I'm not sure if I'm ever even going to use it. Just going to stand there and stare at it. :)
thankful they put a rush job in before my surgery. Very well done and adds to the beauty of the house. Corey K, Shane T and Ben M were very efficient. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them for future work. Appreciated that they had us involved every step of the way.
