We had a bath tub conversion to a walk-in shower. the job was done beautifully. The crew we had was Dennis, Jake, Shawn and Dylan. they were very courteous and knew what they needed to do. Any one would be lucky to get this crew on there job.

I would hired them even if I knew how to do the work myself!!! I am elated at the quality of work that Jeremy and James did at my home I called them today and they came out same day to give me a in an estimate for what turned out to be for an insulation job and I needed a glass repair installation, a game of telephone indeed, but these gentlemen are so skilled that they were still able to replace my bedroom window same day!! From first contact with the sales planner to instillation they were courteous and knowledgeable. The sales rep. presented a complete overview of what we could expect and what the finished project would look like . When installation crew arrived they were very professional and efficient at the removal of the old tub/shower and the install of our new walk in shower. I would recommend West Shore Home to any one thinking of installing a walk in bath.
Shawn C & Preston T were very professional with a friendly attitude. They made sure I was happy with what they were doing.
Windows look very well and like the style...would have liked two screens, but only came with one which was not explained at the time...Overall, pleased with the job...

Grant, Nate K and Cody were on time, explained what was to be done and got to work. They were neat and clean, did an outstanding job from start to finish. All considered my health, wore masks and approached me only when necessary. I am very satisfied with there work and very satisfied with the product that was installed. Before they left they ensured I knew how to clean and maintain the new shower.
