We West Shore Home replace a jet tub with a walk-in shower and could not be more pleased! The product is first class, the installrs, Alex S and Jeremiah B were excellent from beginning to end. Well-trained, courteous and respectful of our home. Great job all around.

Our design representative, Evan, explained everything very well before we decided to use West Shore Home for the work. The installers, Josh P and Tristen H were completely prepared with the particular materials we had selected. They arrived right on time and completed the work as promised in one day. They were very pleasant and helpful, answered every question we had, and were careful to explain how best to maintain our new shower. Cody T and Oscar did an awesome job installing our new shower. They were professional, and organized. They completed the job earlier than scheduled. They cleaned up with no signs they had been at our house. The material they used is very durable and will not leak. The instructions that were left for cleaning seems to be very simple. Thanks to Gunner for the 3 hours he spent with us before deciding to have the work completed. He was very through in his presentation.

I would hired them even if I knew how to do the work myself!!! I am elated at the quality of work that Jeremy and James did at my home I called them today and they came out same day to give me a in an estimate for what turned out to be for an insulation job and I needed a glass repair installation, a game of telephone indeed, but these gentlemen are so skilled that they were still able to replace my bedroom window same day!!
