My installers were great. They came in to the house first and made peace with my dogs, and performed their work neatly and professionally. They arrived at 09:00 and were wrapping things up by 16:30

we first met with CORY the consultant who spent a lot of time with us, helping us design our remodel, we were very impressed with him and decided on West Shore the same day! we had a bath tub/shower conversion to a walk-in shower. the bathroom was very outdated with very old tub/tile shower and a lot of work. the work RICK & JASON did was amazing, they were very polite and respectful of our home. We knew we wanted to replace the old tub in our home with a shower. Our first contact was Cameron, salesman, who made the decision process very easy. On the day of installation I met Nate J. and Tyler E. who arrived at my home on time. They took just a moment and had a human moment. I was at ease while they were working. They wore masks and social distanced when interacting with us. They asked for opinions on shower height, the foot-rest placement shelve placement.
