Best experience ever! These guys were dynamos! They showed up at 8 and they were done by 4. The teamwork was phenomenal. They worked hard all day but were sociable--it was good to hear the laughter as they worked. If they ran into an issue they called an expert, who showed up right away. They cleaned up after themselves, and left me with a beautiful bathroom my family and I can be proud of and enjoy for many years. Thank you Danial, Vorn, Roger, and Ralph!

Ryan, Pedro, and Brain did a complete tear out of the old shower and put in the new shower in 8 hours. They checked the area under the old shower for any issues and showed me the area was clear of any problems. They completely removed all debris and clean the work area. they did everything we were promised. The customer service is excellent.
Shawn C and Preston T. were extremely courteous and professional. They checked in with me several times throughout the process to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. I highly recommend them and West Shore for anyone's shower/tub needs. We love our new walk-in shower!

My installers were great. They came in to the house first and made peace with my dogs, and performed their work neatly and professionally. They arrived at 09:00 and were wrapping things up by 16:30

we first met with CORY the consultant who spent a lot of time with us, helping us design our remodel, we were very impressed with him and decided on West Shore the same day! we had a bath tub/shower conversion to a walk-in shower. the bathroom was very outdated with very old tub/tile shower and a lot of work. the work RICK & JASON did was amazing, they were very polite and respectful of our home.
