My installers were great. They came in to the house first and made peace with my dogs, and performed their work neatly and professionally. They arrived at 09:00 and were wrapping things up by 16:30

We knew we wanted to replace the old tub in our home with a shower. Our first contact was Cameron, salesman, who made the decision process very easy. On the day of installation I met Nate J. and Tyler E. who arrived at my home on time. They took just a moment and had a human moment. I was at ease while they were working. Dave M. and Shaniah B. were efficient during the door install. They were quiet and respectful as I had online meetings from home. Best of all, they did not leave a mess. They did a great job with the sliding glass door.

We West Shore Home replace a jet tub with a walk-in shower and could not be more pleased! The product is first class, the installrs, Alex S and Jeremiah B were excellent from beginning to end. Well-trained, courteous and respectful of our home. Great job all around.
