Over priced bs. Material alone under 2 grand. Charged 13,000 . Avg was about 1600 an hr. The shower leaks instantly it's not properly sealed. But overall the workers are great. Not an issue with the guys who actually did the job. For their part I can say job well done. But for that price it should be damn near perfect. Way to expensive for what you get and only 1 year I devepled mold stains which I was told would not happen. Called to see if they would come out and recaulk and was told there would be a service call .and was no longer under warranty.
The windows are great, however, terrible/terrible customer service after the windows were installed. We had 7 replacement windows installed - 2 have already needed repairs (locks on one window broke - window sashes "warped" on another window). We have been waiting since 12/6/2023 (2nd service call) for the second window to be repaired. On 12/6 the technician stated that we needed new "sashes" since they were "warped" and he would place the order and we should hear from them in approximately 3-4 weeks. Company has been out six times to fix problems. First problem was the plumbing into the drain leaked, and the other 5 times they have tried to fix the shower doors that will not stay closed. They have not fixed the shower doors problem as of today.
