Haven’t received my package yet. Said it was out for delivery but is now ‘delayed at customs’
Package was supposed to be here January 5th, it is now January 11th and still no sign of update from it being shipped, I can't track it, says it's still at seller location on the phone, and as of right now I'm not happy.
The seller sent me an iPhone in a different color than the one I purchased, and the battery health is at 85%.
The phone was late and when it arrived, it was an entirely different phone than I ordered. It was a black unlocked with att only, I ordered a green fully unlocked phone.
Ordered product with Amazon, had no idea it was being delivered by fed ex. However Amazon delivers inside of my apt complex. FedEx attempted to deliver the phone to the front office of my apts which was closed. I had no idea this would happen I still haven’t gotten my phone. I had to call and have the phone stopped for delivery and have it sent to a local fed ex store which I haven’t gotten yet.
The item’s batter exploded and the seller refuses to give me a refund. Horrible customer service and rude, will continue to report the seller until a resolution is reached.
Phone was defected and seller doesn’t respond nor back their return policy. Amazon would not do anything b.c apparently the seller is third party even tho it is considered Amazon Refurbished store as the seller and no the third party name. Unbelievable scam I will make sure gets uncovered
Seller created shipping label. Six days later has not yet shipped product. Apparently this is an attempt to deceive.
