Seller advertises inventory is available, you place a CRITICAL overnight order, and now they have nothing available and the order gets pushed out at least (4) more days. End users are extremely upset. This is too unprofessional to remain a seller on Amazon and you should depart quickly.
Avoid at all costs - restocking fee for a damaged item and terrible customer experience nearly 1 month to resolve !!
It was supposed to come on the 7th of January but it got delayed then it was supposed to come yesterday, and it didn't come
Third request for a free label to sending back. Was a Christmas present, came in cracked. I’m not paying $20 to send back. Amazon has you for a free label??????
Just occurred to me they sent a 4’ roll not a 6’ roll as ordered.
Received phone damaged. Returned to sender, with me having to pay shipping back, only for them to charge a restocking fee and their reason was because they Received the item back damaged. Stopped communicating with me when I said all information was provided when I requested the refund because it didn't give me the option to get a replacement.
I reached out to the seller that the phone was damaged, and the screen on the left side of the screen side of phone was peeling, and when I sent it right back the same day it arrived. They stated that when they received the phone, they emailed me that the phone was damaged, then they stated that we only got half of the money back.
DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SOLD ME A PHONE THAT WAS REPORTED LOST OR STOLEN AND HAVING WITH HARD TIME GETTING MY MONEY BACK BC I NO LONGER HAVE THE BANK I PAID WITH AND THEY WANNA SEND Back to my original payment when I’ve asked them several times just to send it to my Amazon account but point is do not buy a phone from these people!!!!
BEWARE OF THIS SELLER, I PLACED ORDER ON DEC 21, 2025 BUT TILL TODAY NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, THIS SELLER WILL ADD TRACING NO WHICH FEDEX NEVER RECEIVED AND NO UPDATE FROM SELLER OVER 2 WEEKS THAT WHERE IS MY ITEM. LOOKS LIKE THIS SELLER IS SCAMMER.
