They keeping moving the date to get my package now I have to go FedEx on Monday and get 😞😔

Order placed 3/6w/delivery 3/7; then delayed”in transit” til 3/12. Called UPS on 3/13; they had not picked up package though packing label had been created! My account was charged 3/6. I would understand weather delays but misinformation is fraud. If I hear from them, I’ll report.
I wanted it for March 12 which is why it should have arrived on March 11. The buyer decided to send it on March 10 and late when the post office was off. Now I have to wait for my order more and even the order and FedEx is not sure of the package as they have not recieved it yet.
My excellent phone was supposed to have 80% battery. It arrived with 73% battery. Please contact me at nakdkat@hotmail.com. Will you provide a new battery?

Ordered this MacBook Air and received it. Right out of the box the screen did not work; was completely black. Returned it immediately and still have not gotten refund. Do NOT buy RENEWED or REFURBISHED Apple Computers from Amazon and this seller!
