Do not buy. This seller took my money and never sent the item, and won't refund. Thank goodness Amazon offers the A to Z guarantee - I'm still never buying 3rd party again.

Horrible textbook communication. Item never sent it attempted to send. Reviews are true regarding hard to contact and hard to get refund from them.
Phone looks ok but battery is 74 percent on the add it says over 80 percent I m not satisfied I just paid $100 extra for battery change
If I could, I would give 0 stars. I ordered an iPhone 15 Plus supposed to arrive before Christmas. It was my daughter’s gift. The sellers kept blaming UPS until Dec 29, even though delivery was due a week earlier. The tracking number was fake: the package was never shipped or dropped off with UPS. I have requested a refund from Amazon.

Horrible!!! I bought the refurbished iPad mini in excellent condition but when I got it the operating system was so old I couldn't upload aps. Sent it back and they charged me a 100% restocking fee
Package arrived late. Response time took to long Have it set up so that they can track the full shipment but not myself then after contacting Amazon support it finally shows up and they say they gonna report it stolen
