Purchased a phone that arrived with a defective screen with images burned into it. The seller refused to issue a full refund and accused us of burning the images into the screen in the few minutes we had the phone turned on. Very dissatisfied with customer service and would tell other buyers to BEWARE!!

Don’t trust this seller for a refurbished phone .Phone I received was supposed “excellent condition,” battery life at 80%, also had big chip out of the casing .returned it with no issue and ordered another phone from the Amazon shop not this third party seller. The phone I received directly from Amazon cost a bit more but it had 100 percent battery and was in excellent condition as described.

I was sent inferior pro version with intel chip. Pathetic experience. I ordered 2nd time and this time sent 128gb instead of 256gb. Pathetic experience!!

I returned the IPhone due to the problem that the Phone was not charging and I chose the 12 month pay plan, but Amazon charged me the entire and only refunded me $32.
