I didn't get the phone
El mismo vendedor me quedó mal en otro pedido en el cual pedí 3 iPhone pro Max y me envió algo de un valor insignificante
I paid an expedited fee, $39.99, to have the order by the 13th; the seller's offered this option for this fee. The item didn't arrive on the 13th. I was told it would be there the 14th, and then received a message stating "there was a problem at the 'business'" and the item couldn't be delivered. The "business" is my house and 4 people were there at 2:10 and nothing was attempted to be delivered.
My experience with this seller was awful.They marked the item as shipped on Monday but never gave FedEx a package.I contacted them on Tuesday and they again marked it as shipped with a new tracking number blaming weather. I contacted FedEx for status and the seller had cancelled both shipments without shipping anything. The item arrived a week late and was in poor condition.Choose another seller.
el producto llego con fuertes rallones, no estaba en condiciones de uso el telefono, pesimo estado. me toco venderlo por 50% abajo de su valor, perdim i dinero en esta compra.
Seller ships an iPhone in a carboard sleeve in a brown paper wrapper NOT a box? Item was defective, camera did not focus, they replaced the screen with a non Apple screen so on startup it tells you non-complaint screen. Had to send it back and the seller requires buyer to pay return shipping $18, then they charge a "restock fee" of $20. I am out $40 and Amazon is no help, BEWARE!
Item was completely defective. The battery died within a few hours of use that shouldn’t happen whether it’s refurbished or not.
“Renewed iPhone” but the phone was in terrible condition. Refused to answer any messages. Offered zero solutions. Amazon offers their renewed service but acts like they have no power when you have an issue. Amazon says they can’t refund unless the seller (who won’t respond) approves it. This seller has been an absolute nightmare of an experience. I would suggest avoid them if possible. Use eBay
