iPad they sent was defective, slow charging, and lagging screen. I sent it back within a few days, and they are charging me a 50% restocking fee for their defective device claiming it was returned with severe display damage. Horrible service. Filing a complaint with Amazon. Ended up buying a brand new iPad Mini from Apple instead. Save yourself the headache and pay for a new one.
Where is my refund???
as of today 1/12/2026 i haven't received the package- was schedule to arrive 1/10, later very got update that will come until 1/16/26.

Item arrived on time, but it was the incorrect color and had glue stilll on the screen.
I need full refund back. I returned the exactly the same item I received . You shipped me the wrong product. I ordered a white Apple Watch, and you sent me a black one
wrong item sent = returned that item and reordered that Tab A7
I received a different watch than the one I ordered. I returned it, and even after more than a month since the seller received the return, I am still waiting for my refund. In the end, I neither have the product nor my money back. Very disappointing experience.
