I paid for next day delivery and never got it next day. They refuse to refund for something I paid for and never got.
Very disappointed.. did not receive paid extra for fast shipping.. my grand daughter did not receive for her birthday as planned.. item over 5 days late
Despite paying extra for 1 day delivery package arrived 2 days later than expected and the seller was extremely poor at communicating which made it worst
The battery life is below 80% they advertised that it would be over. So this product is poor quality. Also the battery gets hot. I ordered in excellent condition and received below that. They only cared to make it appear new but internally it’s poor

They are a pure scam. They don’t give you refund for the product that you have returned. They keep spamming you. SCAM!
Was excited to purchase this refurbed Switch for a friend and was assured that it would arrive by 12/24/25. I was updated that it had shipped but the data never seemed to update. After the holidays had come and gone I was refunded the full amount because they were "out of stock".
