I returned the IPhone due to the problem that the Phone was not charging and I chose the 12 month pay plan, but Amazon charged me the entire and only refunded me $32.

Asks me to return the product after not giving me the right item, and then at the last second canceled the reorder without any explanation screwing me over and now here I am two weeks later with no phone or at least haven't been refunded.

They approved return but took $133 in fees so the refund was only $10. How is that possible?
It took a week longer than it said to deliver. And now it won’t turn on. The apple sign will pop up and once the screen lights up to turn on fully it goes off again.

Got sent the wrong item, and told to return the product. I put in a return and was given the option to have them send the correct item which I chose to do. everything seemed fine until the reorder wasn't being shipped, and then as soon as the returned product got back to them they just canceled the reorder with no explanation or anything just completely screwing me over. I've now wasted two weeks

I have no phone for work. If it was going to take longer than two days to arrive i would not have bought it.
I've been waiting for a refund for over TWO months! Amazon received the return on January 20th, and I was assured two weeks ago, that my refund would arrive in 3-5 days. STILL waiting!! Of course, between Amazon and this seller, it is next to impossible to contact anyone. Rabbit hole after rabbit hole, with follow ups and NO refund!

Please, investigate them thoroughly! They used a fake fulfillment center and i’m sure they were going to keep my money! Amazon did an amazing job getting my money back without hassle. I wouldn’t buy from them ever again.
The iphone has too many scratches and chips all around the frame and seller is selling as an excellent conditions but is not.
