I couldn’t get my old phone to transfer plus I left my new sims card in it. I don’t know how it was damaged I never got to use it. I can’t believe you’re going to rip me off because I’m not happy with your product. You know if there were dents which I didn’t see any they were there when you sold it to me

Did not receive product shipped through UPS and the seller BIDALLIES is refusing to give me a refund even though initially they said I'd get a full refund if the product wasn't delivered by 3-19-26 and it hasn't been delivered smh. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THEM AND WAS A WASTE OF TIME. I'M DONE WITH AMAZON IF THEY LET SCAM COMPANIES LIKE BIDALLIES SELL OFF THEIR SITE.

DO NOT I bought two phone for my kids. They came on time but one phone was turning off by itself so I wanted to return and refund and buy another I sent the phone back they denied my refund saying the IEP don't match when doing a refund it don't ask me to look at that IEP number so I just refund it and sent a phone back not knowing which one is which for the item so now he has my money,the item
