Seller sent an iPhone that didn't even turned on and now refuses to give me a proper refund.
The phone is cracked and got screen protector on it, which is weird. He got smashed on the right side corner.

WirelessSource sold a phone knowingly well below quality, purchased excellent got a phone that had visible deep nicks in side of phone, scratches on back of case and screen. Only offered 5% refund for a week then send prepaid packaging for return and new item only to then be lied to once item was sent off and be told I will only be offered a refund and 2 weeks with no phone or refund, classless.
WirelessSource (the seller) sold a product with a known issue. I visited the Apple store to understand why my iPad wasn’t charging. The genius bar specialist determined that the specific device, based on its serial number, had a known issue with its charging port and required a replacement. This suggests that the device wasn’t tested before sale, as a simple test would have identified this issue.
This phone can’t be used cause it was reported stolen which idk how but no phone company can’t used it!
