Received this iphone from WirelessSource damaged. Returned it for a full refund and was only given half of the original price. They said I damaged the phone, but I returned it upon receiving it in the original packaging, equipment and under 10 days. Wondering if this is a scam to make money, as they got many one stars in the last month. Avoid at all costs!!! You will lose$

Unhelpful seller, UPS never recieved item over $500. ALL my other items arrived still 8 days since supposed arrival and nothing. Seller not responding to refund my money, Amazon AI not working and sending me in loops. Do not buy from this seller.

Received my watch, while putting the band on, the clips that slide in the watch fell off the band. They sent a fake band. I put the watch on the charger they sent I had it on the for about 5 hours and I’d barely hit 50%. Come to find out they sent a fake charger too. I contacted them about the band at first they said they couldn’t send a replacement then they decided they would offer a $20 refund.

Ordered my phone on the 19th for delivery on the 21st still haven’t received it can’t even get a refund and no updates

The iPhone looked okay overall, but the power button was sticky and didn’t click properly. We requested a return within two days due to the defect, yet the vendor charged a 50% restocking fee. They claimed to have an “ICE report” to justify it. Their inspection process is clearly unreliable. If you get a defective item, expect to pay for it. I recommend buying from reputable sellers instead.

Order product about two weeks ago. Seller claimed they shipped the package . They keep giving me date when I will receive the package but never did . Called fed with tracking number fex said the label was create by seller but the phone was never shipped . I am disappointed, this is beyond acceptable. I reached to Amazon . Amazon contact seller , the seller will reship the item. I am beingscammed

All Amazon renewed phones are required to have at least 80% battery health. When I received this phone, it only had 74% and told me it was severely degraded. NEVER BUY FROM WIRELESS SOURCE, always find another seller
