Communication is horrible and the job is still not done after 6 months. When we call West Shore it always goes to voicemail and we leave messages and nothing. At this point I’m not sure what to do. Management is aware of the issue as well.

Never shows up to the job, didn’t seal the windows right so I had leakage inside my home. Doesn’t call back and still waiting after 2 years to finish the last window!

I've been waiting 10 months for completion on my hurricane shutters. since West Shore Home has acquired Storm Fitters, it has been all downhill. There communication is horrible, almost non existant. they have scheduled final instalation several times and not completed the work. the last scheduled instalation was canceled and no one will tell me why, nor when it will be rescheduled. many of their Storm Fitter employees have left. The once reputable company Storm Fitters is, in my opinion, ruined

The most horrible experience hiring a contractor ever. They have been out 7 times. Replaced my shower twice. The second time was even worse then the first shower. The first time around they didn't replace boards that needed to be replaced. Caulk was showing everywhere. Shower doors didn't close properly and opened on there own. Every time I set a appointment with them they only tried fixing the caulk. It has been 3 months and we had no water pressure and it did not drain properly. The product is good, however, the management is not thorough on follow through. No follow up calls , we had 2 different problems with our shower and the workers were great, however we asked Mia to have someone from management to give us a call so we could let them know how we felt! No response, it’s like they took our money ( hard earned) & ran. Very disappointing

They never told me they hit my bathroom door and hit my walls going down my stairs multiple places when they took the tub out! The shelves in shower are not caulked all the way around.

Signed contract in May. It’s now October 6, 2020. My windows will not pass inspection because frosted bathroom window wasn’t installed coupled with oversized screens . Each call I’m told “ the screens are not available. Being a military spouse , I’ve had to deal with builders while my husband was deployed , never anything like this . Westshore , my neighbors have inquired about my windows but I’m scared to recommend or even refer .
