RecommendedWest Shore Homes were very courteous from the phone operator to the project planner/salesperson, to Robert and Danny the installers. Robert and Danny never once wavered from their happy smiles, even with all the work they had to do (new sub-floors, demolition, new walls, installation, etc.). Clean, courteous, going way above and beyond to satisfy me and my family. I (we) will recommend them and West Shore Homes to anyone who's listen even for a minute!!!!!

RecommendedWe had west Shore, do our master bath shower. The representative came out was very professional and didn't try to over sell any products. He allowed me to understand what was need to make the job, what I had in mind. When the installation crew came out to my home, we're on time, cleaned up as they went on for the day. RecommendedOverall - an easy and excellent experience. Our sales rep (Kevin) was personable and professional. Our installation crew (Robert and David) did an excellent installation. RecommendedWest Shore Homes is a very good business to deal with. Andy and Tyler where are installers who replaced the old shower with a new wrap-around and base. They did an excellent job with the installation leaving everything just as nice in our bathroom as it was before they started. Me an my husband was misled we were told that we will get three extra shelves for the bathroom but we didn’t we didn’t get the glass door for the money we paid the walls and the floors and the fixture that I picked out did not receive they gave us what they wanted us to have the sales people no good and you can’t get them on the phone but every dishonest person got their day coming I been seeing this company everywhere advertising on Tv tick tock facebook in neighborhoods I thought this was a legit company something was tell... read more
