I was disappointed after the consultant came to my home to tell me they would not replace the existing shower frame and door with a frameless shower door on my existing tiled shower unless they replaced the entire shower, i.e., tear out all the ceramic tile. The tile is new!! I would have appreciated being told on the initial call I made to them that it is "all or nothing"..disappointed 😔

Hello, Karen. The reason that we replace the entire shower unit is because we also offer our double lifetime warranty to homeowners. This warranty covers both the product and the installation. We cannot offer this warranty to our customers without removing the entire shower unit. We understand that our products and services are not for everyone, but we would like to thank you for allowing us to come out to your home to give you an exact price for your project. We greatly appreciate your time.
Because all you care about during this pandemic is how you will make money building bathrooms...you NEVER mention how you will give back to the community...I will pee In an outhouse before I would hire your company!
I HATE the commercials! You are not the most important business right now and I find your ads ridiculously often and incredibly repetitive! You are not the only business trying to get customers right now. My bathroom oasis is not my priority! Please cut down the frequency of commercials. It is obnoxious!
Emailed and contacted thru FB no response , went to location couldn’t speak with someone. Received a call back days later and they were to follow up with me. They waste people’s time but thankfully they did! Go to a Miami manufacture or contact dealers from there, it will save you thousands for storm window and doors!

We are 11 months into what we thought was a simple hurricane door and windows replacement. First windows arrived cracked! 6 weeks later window fixed. Flailed inspection door we were sold not! hurricane rated! After haggling they finally gave us a better door. We are 7 months into this project and in the middle of hurricane season??? We finally passed inspection! Trim color doesn't much they door. They said that's the way it comes.
