We are 11 months into what we thought was a simple hurricane door and windows replacement. First windows arrived cracked! 6 weeks later window fixed. Flailed inspection door we were sold not! hurricane rated! After haggling they finally gave us a better door. We are 7 months into this project and in the middle of hurricane season??? We finally passed inspection! Trim color doesn't much they door. They said that's the way it comes. I had bath done with new tub, 1 day job still incomplete work is sloppy , install 21aug now 05sep and was canceled for completion tomorrow because they couldn’t find wood trim that is ready available at any cabinet shop or Home Depot and Loews , installers broke trim during installation Charlie newsom

UPDATE- It took 5months to complete the job on 12/6. 4months now folks! The team came in and installed my 11 windows and 1 door in 1 day which was great. But 2 windows had cracks in them and its been almost 2 months and it has not been replaced. The time that it's taking to replace the Cracked window s is what I'm not happy about! Trying to call them back for a status is something I should not be doing when it should be the other way around.
