Ryan Adam was the sales rep who came to the house and introduced us to West Shore. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what we needed. We made the contract that day with Ryan and he followed the process until completion . Had several interactions with Customer Service and they were always very helpful. Salesman Bob Wood was wonderfully helpful - no upselling, no pressure, provided multiple options for everything. The install was able to take place very quickly - Pedro D., Joel T., and Alex did the install in a single day as promised. They were professional, friendly, very respectful of my home and even patched up the surrounding tile from the main bathroom. The new shower is beautiful - very happy I decided to move ahead. They are true workaholics and always found time to explain things to us, answer questions, instruct us, etc. We appreciated them very much! These are the type of employees that are so worth keeping as a representative of your company! The finished product is wonderful, well installed and we look forward to enjoying it for a long time!
Even though my installers ran into some plumbing issues they were very professional and handled it in a timely manner and it was inspected properly so far I am pleased. They were on time and cleaned up everything.
