The father son team Elliott and Elliott were professional, clean and punctual. Both of the gentlemen know their stuff! The work was beautifully done! So easy they came when promised and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommended this company!!
My installers Dexter & Alvin knew exactly what they were doing, professional, friendly, polite, and ensured that optional bar /shelf placements were placed exactly where we wanted them. They explained what they would be doing. Cleaned their project area exceptionally well including their entire path out the door. We are happy with all the services we have received from West Shore and again THANK YOU Dexter and Alvin for a job well done.
Elijah and Chris came in and got straight to work, Elijah went over the work order to make sure it was correct while Chris brought in tools, Elijah started the job while Chris put down drop cloths on the floor. They are a great team. They are very professional, polite, and double check on the placement of the shower's shelves,before installation. Was not mess left and the shower looks great and the caulk lines at amazing.
Great work and did our complete install in one day! Alex Wilson and Zach Stone were our installers and they were excellent to work with. They were friendly, considerate, and professional. They cleaned up when they were finished and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!
West Shore holds up to their advertisement. Very professional, on time, and polite. All things were explained in detail. The salesman was excellent in his job and the installers did likewise. I will never regret using this company!
Oscar and Cody are the best workers I have ever had do work for us. They explained everything that they were going to do and did it in a very professional manner. They were both friendly, courteous, and cleaned up the work area very good. They also take pride in the work they do.
Ray Pollard was very knowledgeable and the other 2 gentlemen, Kevin and Joel, were friendly. I expected a full day of redo, but the job was done in about 5 1/2 hours. My shower looks great. The guys left no mess behind. I recommend this company and their crew.

We had a wonderful experience beginning with the project adviser. The two young men (Cody T. and Alex W.) were great from the time when they entered our home until the time they finished. They kept us inform as each step they accomplished. They finished the job earlier than one day. Very professional.
