Ryan, Pedro, and Brain did a complete tear out of the old shower and put in the new shower in 8 hours. They checked the area under the old shower for any issues and showed me the area was clear of any problems. They completely removed all debris and clean the work area. they did everything we were promised. The customer service is excellent.
Cody T and Oscar did an awesome job installing our new shower. They were professional, and organized. They completed the job earlier than scheduled. They cleaned up with no signs they had been at our house. The material they used is very durable and will not leak. The instructions that were left for cleaning seems to be very simple. Thanks to Gunner for the 3 hours he spent with us before deciding to have the work completed. He was very through in his presentation.
Installers Pedro and Ryan arrived on time and were very nice, polite, and professional. They did an amazing job of installing our new walk in shower and the clean up afterwards. We have another full bath that we may convert into a walk in shower, in the future, and would not hesitate to call on West Shore Homes to do the installation. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done in one day. Thank you so much for our new walk in shower, we love it!

Levi was my Sales Person. He showed me the products and helped me pick out my new Tub to shower Conversion. Very knowledgeable , Polite and arrived on time with a mask on. My new shower arrived earier than planned so my install was moved up a week. The two installers, Brian J and Zach S. arrived on time and started to work. They did an amazing Job !! Joe H and Babar were wonderful workmen. They didn't waste anytime in getting the job done and complete with no mess left behind. We are happy with our new shower. The fact that the work was completed in a day was wonderful. Awesome job!
BrainJ and Oz M. were very professional, did an amazing job. Very well mannered and went above to make sure we were satified. I have already told my neighbors. they are the best service people we have had to do work for us. Make sure you call for your bath work.
