Cody, Jermaine and Jacob showed up on time and were so sweet, courteous and helpful. Did a wonderful and "quick" job. I had to leave them and I felt so comfortable doing this. I could not have asked for three nicer gentlemen . I am so happy that I made the change from an old tub to a walk-in shower. Love that they brought their own vac and did such a great "clean up".....

Our overall experience was exceptional. Phil, the Sales Rep, was personable, professional and friendly. Oscar M. and Dan G. were careful to be tidy during the installation and they did an excellent job.
My installer was very professional. Completed assignment, cleaned worksite, very easy to talk to. My installer was focused and his experience shows in his finished work.
I needed a new shower installed. The old tub/shower combination was outdated, old and did not serve my needs anymore. Eric T. was the representative that showed up to show there products and I liked what I saw. I needed a special size pan made for medical purposes and Eric and the West Shore Homes people came through. Chris B. and Chris M. showed up to do the installation.
