Amazing work! Dexter and Alvin came in and got it done! We have received exceptional 10 STAR service from start to finish on our small shower project. Amazing! Their concept was spot on for our space. Our Master was completely updated in one day. Daniel G and Oscar M did a fantastic job. They were polite and professional and left everything clean and spotless.
All in a day.....I had one shower updated and a 2nd tub/shower converted to a shower only. The installers: Zach Stone, Alex Wilson, Cody, Jermaine and Jacob were wonderful. Extremely polite and worked so very hard. Would definitely use these folks again. GREAT EXPERIENCE, I'm so happy with what they accomplished.
Bob and Joell were very professional but friendly. They answered our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend West Shore for your bathroom upgrade.
Installation went awesome. The guys (Travis Black and Dennis) did an amazing job. Asked questions when they needed too, left my bathroom cleaner than it was. I couldn� t of ask for a better experience.
The installers Zach Stone and Alex Wilson are very nice and do a great job.
Ray Pollard and Ty Timmons re did my shower. I love it!! They did it in one day, could not have been nicer, did a great job. This is something I wanted for a long time. I told Ray what a great job he 'd done and he said " I take pride in my work". I take pride in his work as well. And Ty's also. They worked well together.

Oscar and Cody, my installers, were very friendly and professional. They walked me through !step by step, their process and what would be needed from me during the project timeline. They were very upfront about a glass door with a manufacturer defect and completed the paperwork necessary to order a replacement. They worked with me on the trim work which was not documented in my paperwork, but was needed and they installed it to my specifications.
