Outstanding installers.
We had West Shore Home to remove our old bathtub and install a new shower. Johnny and Oz were the installers and were so polite and professional . They completed the work in a day and the shower is amazing. We are very pleased with the whole experience with West Shore Home.
Everyone we came in contact with was awesome. And the completed project was outstanding as advertised. The in-between was troublesome as we were delayed for a month with no contact from the company. The major problem is that the sales person, that was excellent at his job, was expected to do the job of an installer. Someone that installs the materials should have looked at our space to ensure the job could be done as promised. The installation only took 1 day and the whole experience was great. The design consultant Desmond D. Who came out initially done an amazing job. My installers, Pedro D. And Ryan E. were very professional, friendly, and done an outstanding job installing my new shower. The whole experience was top notch and my new shower is incredible! Highly recommended this company for your home improvement jobs!
The guys that completed the work were on time, kept me informed on what they were doing and yes cleaned up when the job was completed . Bob F., Jermaine P. and Will W. all did a great job. Very nice men to represent West Shore Home.
Travis Black and Alex Wilson are 2 of the best installers we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were punctual, neat, and professional at all times. They removed our old tub enclosure and installed our beautiful walk-in shower with care and attention to every detail. Installers Johnny and Joel were great! Did a really good job!
Travis Black and Alex Wilson removed our tub and installed a shower unit for my 83 year old mother and the did a fantastic job. They were on time and finished the job in one day. It looks great. They were very friendly and explained ever thing we needed to know. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
What a great experience. Couldn't be happier. Cody T did a great job and Justin our salesman was wonderful. Explained everything in detail. Cleaned up when the job was done. Very polite thru the whole process.
