Very pleased with shower installation. Travis B. and Alex W. were pleasant and professional. the project was completed in a timely manner (We were able to continue working on another project while they were here.) Our installer shared tips for cleaning shower surfaces, and did a good job with cleanup. Our new shower looks great!

Best experience we could ever expected. . The team was on time and very professional from start to finish and all in one day. Installers Fred P, Jordan M, Reggie M and Tim S, were totally in sync with each other. The installer team of Joe H. and Babar arrived on time, worked continuously until the project was complete. They were covid - safe, laid drop cloths to keep my home clean and were very knowledgeable of their products and service. The cleanup was very thorough and they provided a sample piece for color matching wall paint. We had Austin Casteel for our installer ,he was very professional, showed up on time explained what was going to happen ,made sure that we were happy with what was scheduled to happen. He was a very good worker. Kept job clean throughout the day. I would highly recommend Austin Casteel and West Shore to anyone wishing to upgrade on your home. And a big shout out to sales lady Stephanie Prince. Very knowledgeable about products. Very satisfied with experience.
