Brain J and Oscar M Was awesome ONE TIME is a plus to me ... yes on time and greeted me and was ready to start ASAP ! notified me that they are going take a lunch brake and wasn't even long. Brain and Oscar the whole time was very neat with all their equipment and was not even loud very well respectful gentlemen. They even cleaned the entire bathroom . I'm very pleased with their work highly recommend
Gunner did a excellent job explaining and setting expectations during my consultation. Joe H and Babar worked tirelessly from 8-6:30 pm. They created a shower that looks better than I could imagine. Thank you West Shore Home!!!
From the moment we met our consultant Daniel H., to the end of the job, everything was perfect! We got exactly what we wanted and Dexter F. and William C. were extremely courteous and their work is second to none! They treated our home as if it was their own. They left our home just as clean as it was when they arrived. They were on time, and completed the job within the time as promised. We are beyond pleased with the results of our bathroom/shower remodel. Our rep, John G was great and explained everything thoroughly. On the day of install, Ty T & Ryan C. arrived promptly at 845am and began the transformation. They were courteous and respectful and got to work right away. I was amazed that they got a 50 year old cast iron enameled tub out of my house without my even realizing they had. LOL. The consultant (Stephanie P.) plus the work crew was great. Kind, considerate, wonderful to converse with. Couldn't ask for better crew Perfect timing. Cleaned up when job was completed. I would hire them again . The consultant did a courtesy call on day of job to see how things were going. Wonderful lady. I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM.â� ¤â� ¤ Thank you Johnny, Joe, and Bill. The service was great from the start of the consult setup, to meeting Sarah M. who helped us with all of the details and the incredible job the Installers Cody T. & Zach S. did on our MB shower! We can't wait to have another one replaced in another bathroom once we're ready to do it again.
Can� t say enough about the work Brian J and Oscar M did in replacing our bathtub. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars cause they more than deserve it.
