Gunner did a excellent job explaining and setting expectations during my consultation. Joe H and Babar worked tirelessly from 8-6:30 pm. They created a shower that looks better than I could imagine. Thank you West Shore Home!!!
From the moment we met our consultant Daniel H., to the end of the job, everything was perfect! We got exactly what we wanted and Dexter F. and William C. were extremely courteous and their work is second to none! They treated our home as if it was their own. We are beyond pleased with the results of our bathroom/shower remodel. Our rep, John G was great and explained everything thoroughly. On the day of install, Ty T & Ryan C. arrived promptly at 845am and began the transformation. They were courteous and respectful and got to work right away. I was amazed that they got a 50 year old cast iron enameled tub out of my house without my even realizing they had. LOL. The consultant (Stephanie P.) plus the work crew was great. Kind, considerate, wonderful to converse with. Couldn't ask for better crew Perfect timing. Cleaned up when job was completed. I would hire them again . The consultant did a courtesy call on day of job to see how things were going. Wonderful lady. I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM.â� ¤â� ¤ Thank you Johnny, Joe, and Bill. The service was great from the start of the consult setup, to meeting Sarah M. who helped us with all of the details and the incredible job the Installers Cody T. & Zach S. did on our MB shower! We can't wait to have another one replaced in another bathroom once we're ready to do it again.
Can� t say enough about the work Brian J and Oscar M did in replacing our bathtub. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars cause they more than deserve it.
Johnny S, Bill Cocker, Bob F, and Jordan C did an incredible job on my showers! I had both showers replaced in both of my bathrooms. Daniel is an excellent salesman as well! They left my condo the way it looked before they come. Awesome, Awesome job!
