The 2 guys names were Bob F Bill Cocker did & professional job very friendly and did not mind me watching at all ---The install was easy and fast ---went over thing to show what was done and how everything worked---made sure everything was clean when they left ---got here at 8:00 was done at 4:00 ---so thanks again for the great job.
This is a great company! Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. To be honest I was dreading the whole � sales pitch � but Andrew B was so nice and listened to what we wanted and made it happen! It turned out to be a great experience. Also I can� t say enough about the installers Brian J and Jermaine P they were both very professional and completed the project in record time. We couldn� t be happier with the finished product and overall was a Great experience! Would highly recommend!
Did a great professional job on time. Everything was done perfect.
Kevin was my service tech and he was very professional. He arrived on time and communicated important things, such as when water being turned off. He completed the job of replacing the shower and fixtures with a safe, functional and beautiful shower with an adjustable height shower fixture. Thanks Kevin for an awesome job done in less than a day!!!
The installer, Kevin Nicea, was a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. He took his time, did quality work, and insured I was informed every step of the way. Also, the salesman Gunnar was very professional, well prepared, and able to answer all my questions. Now my dad has a safe place to shower and we don� t have to worry about him getting in or out of the bathtub.
From the salesperson to the installer, our entire experience was very positive. Salesperson didn't try to upsell us or make us feel pressured in any way. She took measurements right there and gave us a quote. Our appointment was made and Ryan Chervenak showed up this morning to do the installation. I was shocked that he was alone but he did the job by himself in one day. Highly recommend!!!!
Levi was out sales representative. He was very professional and took his time explaining everything. He was very helpful with questions we had after he left when we thought of them over the next couple of days. Our installers - Travis B & Alex E were great. They were very professional and made sure everything was right. They were very friendly and O would recommend West Shore to everyone!! They are too notch!!
Johnny was my service tech. He was very professional and done a great job. Started job in the morning and was finished by mid afternoon. Always kept you informed about what he was doing and making sure everything was up to your liking. Cleaned up afterwards and did a great job.
