We had a bathtub/shower updated/remodeled by West Shore Home yesterday and it looks fabulous!! Sarah Magaro, our Senior Consultant; and Kevin Alicea, the installer are absolutely amazing, professional, cooperative, prompt and customer-focused. We love our new bathroom and lifetime warranty. I highly recommend them...you won't be disappointed. Wish I had photos to show you. Impressive company, impressive people, impressive products. WOW!
Had a great experience today with West Shore Homes. It started with Justin about 1.5 months ago. Today I had the ultimate in service with Pedro and Ryan E. They were amazing with the installation. They explained the whole entire process and did everything including making great recommendations along the way. I was very impressed with the way they worked together to get this done. If your room or area is not plum or perfectly square....you are going to have problems. However, Bob F and Jermaine P. Made it work very well. I'm happy with it. We had a shower/tub and had a walk in shower with seat installed. Looks Great! Ty Bob. F. And Jermaine P. For everything you did.
First of all Brian J and Oscar M was on time and ready to start work. They introduced their selves and went over everything they was going to do they were very friendly and professional and our new walk in shower looks amazing and left no mess behind. I will definately refer them to anyone looking for a new bathroom, Great job!!!
I had West Shore Home convert my tub/shower to a walk in shower. The installation crew (Roy P/Yetty) were very efficient, experienced, and polite. They did a excellent job and cleaned up after they were done. My wife and I are very pleased with the work West Shore Home did for us. I would recommend them for any home remodeling that you have. THE TWO GENTLEMEN WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS VERY PLEASED. TRAVIS B/ALEX W were sent to do the job and they were excellent, they left the area spotless.
While we were a little hesitant to go with West Shore because of their pricing and our current budget, we spoke with manager Katie S. who reached out to us, and was able to find us a payment plan we could work with. Brain J and Oscar M Was awesome ONE TIME is a plus to me ... yes on time and greeted me and was ready to start ASAP ! notified me that they are going take a lunch brake and wasn't even long. Brain and Oscar the whole time was very neat with all their equipment and was not even loud very well respectful gentlemen. They even cleaned the entire bathroom . I'm very pleased with their work highly recommend
Gunner did a excellent job explaining and setting expectations during my consultation. Joe H and Babar worked tirelessly from 8-6:30 pm. They created a shower that looks better than I could imagine. Thank you West Shore Home!!!
