The sales rep, Jonah and the installers, Grant and Josh, were prompt, accommodating, professional and very friendly. The entire replacement was done in one day, my home was left spotless. Very good job.
Customer service was great from start to finish. were on time for all appointments and install. installers Rick C & Joe Mc were great worked in rain storm and never missed a beat. My only word to West Shore and all other bath remodel companies of this size is you need to consider a more cost friendly line for those on a fixed income, like materials purchased at a home improvement store would have cost me 1,200.00 , my job was 9,000.00 with discounts, they did help me get good financing, and I know there material may be of be... read more
I'm totally obsessed with my beautifully remodeled bathroom shower!! Angie and Nazim were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail of the job.
