We ordered two new sliding doors and 9 windows for our house. Everything arrived earlier than initially expected and West Shore was able to get us on the schedule for installation a week earlier. Our install team consisted of four guys, Tony, Aaron, Jared, and Ralph. On arrival, they each introduced themselves to my husband and myself, took care to protect our carpets and explained everything they were doing from the beginning measurement confirmations to the end cleanup. Jared and Jordan did a wonderful job with the installation of the sliding door and replacement window for our picture window. Very professional. We were pleased with everything right down to the trim work to finish it off.
Chris and Dave were very courteous, on time, Professional. They were very efficient. Left the job sight very clean. They explained the procedure step by step. And after they were done, they went through everything to ensure that I was completely satisfied .
They did everything that they said they would do when they said they would do it! Cannot ask for anything more than that! Great team did the install: Jeff Harper and Kyle. Also, Tony Berouty in Sales was Fantastic as was Julia up at the home office in PA. The team delivered!
