My wife talked me into remodeling our bathroom, and I was reluctant. However, after the job was finished I must admit it was the right choice. I am absolutely floored by the work these guys did. Absolutely amazing!! Professional, friendly and did the entire job in one day. Our installers were meticulous in their work and cleanup. So very impressed. Highly recommended!!
The installers were great. Craig, Tom and Bernie did a great job. They put in long hours to finish the job. They are very friendly and made sure we well informed of the product they delivered. Tony and Aaron, the installers, did a great job on the windows. They were friendly and knowledgeable. This was our second project with West Shore. Installers are really good workers. They also do good job with the clean up after the work is finished.
The process began with sales rep, Ray, who completely sold us on West Shore and its products. What really sold me was that West Shore had their own installers rather than contracting the job to an outside contractor. Our installers, Ralph and Mike, arrived on time and set to work. I like how they handled the project process. The installer, Jared and NAV did a very good job to install the front door. There were some problems during installing the door. Jared and NAV are expertise and experience installers. They solved the problem quickly and successfully installed the door. The door looks great. My wife and I are very happy for their work.
Drew and Aaron were very professional. We had company coming the same day but in the evening and we were clean and ready for them, They were on time and completed the job within hours and our house looked great. I love my new entry doors.
On time and did work quick
The work crew of Darren, Don, and Naseem arrived promptly at a little before 8:00 AM and immediately set to work removing a sunken tub and shower and replacing it with a floor level tub and shower. Tarps were laid down to protect our floors. The entire job was completed by about 3:30 PM and looked lovely. I highly recommend this for a cost effective way to renovate and old bathroom.
