Installers Grant and Rodney did a great job (at least 5 stars) and we certainly got a quality product. The sales rep, Chris, was personable and followed up on day of installation. There was a problem with the office staff, however. Processes our deposit check twice and then took 2 weeks to rectify that. Then, gave the installers the wrong amount to collect for final payment. Good field workers, good product, company needs some adjustments in the office.
Shawn B. & Scott did an excellent job. They were both very friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
The workers were very efficient and courteous. They also were very neat about their work. The project (12 windows installed) was finished in one day. Thank you for your professionalism. Carole Panza
The 2 installers (Jared and Nav) were excellent. Did nice work, was easy going when we had questions and did an overall great job from start to finish. I would recommend and will contact again when we get the other 1/2 of the house upgraded with new windows. Thanks! (Sorry it took a few weeks to post)
Josh P and Rodney B were great to work with! They were very nice and polite! Amazed that the project only took one day! It was a long day for them and they were very polite the entire time. They took the time to explain things to and ask my opinion during the process. They even cleaned up when the were done, couldn't even tell work was done today on the bathroom We enjoyed working with Josh and Rodney and would highly recommend them for a bathroom remodel. They were very detailed! We also enjoyed working with Paul.
The installers Tony and Charles did a fantastic job and were true professionals. Our design consultant Ben Fish was awesome and patient with us which resulted in a great experience. Thank you. We would recommend West Shore 100% !!
Tony, Jordan and Charles all provided a great service and were professional and extremely courteous. They did a nice job with the windows and did a good job of cleaning up and were very helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.
Josh P and Zack were really amazing. Very polite and efficient. They worked together so well and were very kind and respectful to my elderly mother. At the end, they took the time to clean up everywhere (even the driveway where they sawed the materials) and showed how everything worked. Thank you, Zack and Josh.
Salesman, Roni.... installers, Alex and Dana.. were professional and efficient.... came on time and did an excellent job We would highly recommend this company again to anyone!!!
