The installation crew of Bernie,Dale,Dave and Craig arrived on time and handled the job with the utmost care and professionalism, handled any obstacle smoothly and professionally. The house and yard were cleaned up to the point you would never of known the extent of work they did. Kudos to them and the salesman who demonstrated the products and answered all questions we had competently.
The installers were well organized, did a great job of handling the spaces in a 100-year-old home and adjusting to all the old hardware. They cleaned up well, were very polite, worked well and quickly together and finished the job is approximately eight hours, as promised. Our new windows are beautiful, enhance the look of our home and allow fresh air in the summer and will keep the heat in during the winter. Kudos.
I just had my bath and shower combo done. I was in the ER the day before and did not have time to prepare as much as I would have liked in the area. First only bathroom in the house. Second smallest bathroom. Third hottest day. Fourth crazy woman with cats in the house saying to watch out. Fifth all kinds of unprofessional patchwork done to save my walls from water, mold, and whatever other disasters I could think of for the area. Customer service was impeccable. Edwin did an excellent job showing us all the door options without pressuring us into an immediate buying decision. He followed up with us after each part of the process. The company was able to fit our install in within about a month after purchase, which is well above the average time frame. The customer service was extraordinary. Danny M. and Rick C. completed the demolition and the entire new installation of our shower system in one day. Their prep work through complete clean up was top notch in addition to their expertise and respectful service. Thank you,also, to Rod Otto for his attentiveness and follow up. Tyler and Yako came right on time and worked from 9am to 6 pm To put in our new shower. They were both very professional. Tyler made sure all our questions and requests were met. Yako did such a great job cleaning, kiddingly I asked if he could come back and clean our condo. Top notch service from a Tyler and Yako.
