Danny & Trevor were great to work with. They arrived when scheduled and worked 11 hours without taking a break. The demolition of tub and wall tile created a lot of dust while they were working, but they cleaned before leaving. I was left with nothing but a beautiful new shower.
The installers, Chris and Rob were on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, had a strong work ethic and after the job was completed cleaned up very well.
Drew D., Craig D., Aaron B., & Dave M. were our installers. On time, great to deal with, very courteous & professional. Jason (GM) & Tim (salesman) also stopped by while their team was working. The entire crew thoroughly cleaned up prior to leaving which was appreciated. Overall nice experience.
Mick M. was sent to fix a small tear in the screen of my new window. I was pleased with how pleasant he was and very efficient!
Andy and Sam were consummate talented professionals. They truly enjoyed their jobs and consumer satisfaction was their main goal. They kept the work area spotless, and the bathroom was cleaner when they left. I could not be more pleased with the end result. They both truly enjoyed working for the company and took great satisfaction in their workmanship.
Our two teams of installers - Angie & Nazim and Andy & Sam were top notch. They had great attitudes and expertise to match. They seemed to truly enjoy working for this company and had high praise for the company and each other.
The salesman Tim was wonderful. Took so much time with me to explain the process and reason why these windows are top rated. Steve G. and Mike were the installers. They were terrific. We had a tub to walk-in shower conversion installed yesterday by Josh Quick. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and patient. His workmanship was excellent. He kept the surrounding area neat and cleaned up thoroughly. We highly recommend West Shore and Josh for any project. Terrific experience.
My installers (Andrew & George) were very professional and arrived on time. They were well prepared for the installation, and completed the job without any issues.
