The installers, Tim and Kaden were very respectful and careful in the process of replacing the old door and side panels. You only get what you pay for!!!! I strongly believe we did get a high quality door and side panels installed by a well trusted company. Mary S.
This was our second project. Previously, they installed a great walk-in shower... awesome! This time, windows. Great quality...and, more importantly, super installers: Steve G. and Jordan.
It was a good experience. Jared and Nav were well-trained and knew what to do and when to do it. I had a new entry door and a very big picture window replaced. They cleaned up the living room when they were done. THUMBS UP FOR WEST SHORE HOMES.

The process was great from Start to finish. Julian C. was very straight and did a great job explaining everything I should expect. The installers Adam G. and Sean C. were very professional and work very hard to make sure I was happy with the project! Had a few issues but they were determined to make sure the job was complete and done correctly to my satisfaction.

Ralph and Tom were great. Very neat and personable. They did a great job installing our new front door.
Josh Q. and Adam G. removed our probably 70 year old tub and installed a walk-in Jacuzzi tub. They were wonderful! They arrived on time and worked seamlessly and efficiently until the job was done. They were here from 8 a.m. until after 6 p.m. and were cheerful, polite and outgoing despite running into a few problems with the installation due to the age of our home (-: They worked so well as a team that it was hard to determine who was the leader.
