Josh Q. and Adam G. removed our probably 70 year old tub and installed a walk-in Jacuzzi tub. They were wonderful! They arrived on time and worked seamlessly and efficiently until the job was done. They were here from 8 a.m. until after 6 p.m. and were cheerful, polite and outgoing despite running into a few problems with the installation due to the age of our home (-: They worked so well as a team that it was hard to determine who was the leader. Rob was the service rep who came and adjusted the door to improve the ease of opening and closing the door. Initial installation was such that it was a little hard to open. Rob was excellent!
Ralph and Tom did a great job replacing our Outside door and frame. They got to the job right on time, started first thing, were done in just a few hours. They were very friendly, thorough, efficient, and cleaned up everything when they were done. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Shannon and Will removed our existing tub and replaced it with a shower surround. They were professional and neat. Our whole experience with West Shore Home has been amazing... from the sales rep to the customer service reps to the installers. Would highly recommend you give this company a try.

Drew, Dave, Charles and Kevin did an excellent job of replacing 7 windows in my home. The guys were able to remove the original aluminum windows (flange-nailed behind the bricks) without cutting the flanges and installed a great set of new windows to replace them. They started by placing drop clothes throughout my house and finished by cleaning up so that it was hard to believe that they had been there. They went above and beyond in my estimation.
