West Shore Homes I had them replaced all my windows and they look great. Looking back the windows they installed are not what we agreed on and the windows screens are only half way when they said we could get full screens. And it is on the work order. A gentleman did come by the house and install two window blinds for me to show that they still would fit. I tried to call the sales person and he would not return my calls or text messages. I signed a form with West Shore Home for a tub/ shower rehab on 9.19.23. They required me to pay a $4,000 down. The salesman said that I could get a full refund less a restocking fee if supplies had been ordered, which it hadn't as it's only been a few business days. He failed to inform me of a 35% cancelation fee at the time of signing. I signed a one page form, which the cancelation fee was not listed. This company charge me way to much for the job done and will have to pay back double what the price quote I feel I was taken advantage of because I’m a senior the price was 14 891 I have to pay back 28000 my credit score was 720 at the time of purchase this is unacceptable

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to recover my $4650.00 deposit from WS since late last March. They agree with me that I am due the refund of deposit. The contract was cancelled within 72 hour time limit and no work was performed. I’ve made numerous calls and everyone I spoke to just can’t understand why I’m don’t have my refund. Horrible customer service. Promised in writing 3-5 turn around on taking measurements the got scheduled for 31/2 weeks later. Have waited 4 days for a supervisors call I calledevery morning at 8am for the last 4 days. No call back yet.

Horrible install if I could leave less than one star I would. Left a mess in my home, sloppy dirty grout work. Left the shower neck loose had to return and place 6 screws through my bedroom wall to fix the problem. Put a nail whole through a wall in my bathroom almost three weeks late I am waiting for someone to come to sand and paint those areas. Cut fiberglass in my garage I had to vacuum fiberglass up after they left. Had to clean dirty had prints from the walls in the bathroom. It was a mess, they did not sweep up their ... read more

This whole process has been a nightmare and nothing at all like what was sold or described to us. Installation day comes, and the guys are here most of the day. Their saw "breaks" and scuffs up the shower beam at the top of the door so they tell us they will have to order a new one and come back and reinstall. So much for same day install. When they leave that day, they leave the house and outside area a mess. There is dust, dirt and debris everywhere, even nails in our driveway. I feel compelled to communicate my frustrations here with Parker at East Village in Lady Lake, FLORIDA by (WestShoreLLC). We contacted West Shore to give us a free estimate for the tub&wall replacement. On 6/27/2023 a representative, Mr. Rock came and told him that we just want the tub&wall replaced, and keeping the fixtures because it's only a few years old. My husband even told him that we have another estimate scheduled the following week.
