The employees Ralph & Steve were very respectful and courteous they made sure we were satisfied with their work. They cleaned up all trash and cleaned the floor & window. Before they left they double check to make sure we were satisfied with all they did. I have no complaints and will hire them again. Very good to work with and helpful. They explained everything before they started also explained what they had done.. I would recommend this company and it's employees
Both Jason & Leanna were very nice & a joy to be around. They did a marvelous job and cleaned up the mess. They even helped me with a little extra job while the wall behind the walk-in shower was opened up, to install pre-cut styrofoam between the studs. I gave them a nice tip for the extra 5 min. to install them. Also, A.J. was the Sales Rep. that came out to show us your products and designs and he was Super helpful. He took time to explain everything and was very helpful with our choices of what we could get for our budge... read more
Sean C. and Evan S. were the West Shore Home installers for our bathroom shower. They were well-prepared, well-equipped and exceptionally courteous. These two guys were great . . . West Shore Home is lucky to have them on the team.
Installers Pedro and Ryan arrived on time and were very nice, polite, and professional. They did an amazing job of installing our new walk in shower and the clean up afterwards. We have another full bath that we may convert into a walk in shower, in the future, and would not hesitate to call on West Shore Homes to do the installation. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done in one day. Thank you so much for our new walk in shower, we love it!
We replaced our tub/shower combination with a walk-in shower. Josh P. and Tristen H. did a great job! They explained what they were doing during each phase of the installation. They did not leave until they were sure that we were happy with our new shower. We would highly recommend West Shore Home!

The installers Mike S. and Matt S. did a great job. They were friendly and did very neat work. I love the shower they installed for me. They left every thing clean when the job was finished.
We had our walk in shower replaced with a new walk in shower. It looks absolutely beautiful. We had two installers Torin and Jeremy. They were very professional and exceptionally nice. We would highly recommend West Shore Home.
