Company has been out six times to fix problems. First problem was the plumbing into the drain leaked, and the other 5 times they have tried to fix the shower doors that will not stay closed. They have not fixed the shower doors problem as of today.
loss of water pressure, shower head too high, floor a bit slippery, threshold set in a bit too low. Looks are very deceiving. It all looks great until you take the 1st shower; Dust all over the place while removing old bathroom. If I had to do it over again, I would have never done it, but now stuck with it
Met with Sales representative who asked what we wanted and quoted a price. However, he did not appear to translate our wishes into the work order. Did not get the bench I was quoted with the price. Contacted Sales representative who stated it would be another $2,500 because he forgot. Called supervisor who stated he would call back. This was on 1/15/24, no call back and no resolution. Bathroom is not complete due to no bench and shower head leaks. Still waiting for a call for some resolution about the bench on 1/26.
We thought spending the amount of money we did for our shower installed by Westshore we would have an incredible experience. The bad experience was immediate at install when we didn't receive the seat we thought we had agreed upon during the sale. The salesman told me it wasn't in the agreement and nothing could be done other than paying an additional $2500 for this seat an install. The sales rep that sold us the product was not available for me to communicate with after the sale because he quit the company according to the installers. He misrepresented his product and left me with an unusable shower. Even though West Shore may be willing to come to a rural area to do partial installation be sure there is someone in your area to complete the job. Price was a bit high.
I hired WestShore homes to build a walk in shower. It started out good. The installers were great very professional and worked hard to get me the desired shower. Day two the drain pan cracked and since I had a special order a new pan had to be ordered. Remember this was suppose to be a two day install. Day 7 I did not hear from anyone so o called John who stated he was not sure if the pan arrived due to its size. He checked the warehouse and discovered it was there. We are West Shore Home! We enter your house like a herd of wild boars and do nothing for 1 hour. Then we will destroy your floors, deny it and get rude and run away like a herd of buffalos. Your house is in our bad hands. PS: The more often we have to come, the worse our quality, performance and work becomes.
