If you want your shower to be installed with a pre-fixed piece of material that covers the walls and not have a bathroom that you were able to remodel and design yourself they are the pros for you.
First, they gave an original estimate and setup order, then it took a year and I called back to rebook. They came out and did our shower and tub replacement and 6 months later there were stress cracks in the tub. They came out and checked it, said that they would come out and fix it, set up an appointment then canceled and said they could not match the color of the tub. They then scheduled a third party to fix it. They came as scheduled and fixed it but the original shine finish is not there although they did fix the stress ... read more
Will W and Joel T were absolutely great installers. Efficient, friendly, and worked well as a team. I think the walk-in shower is a bit overpriced, the sales process was like buying a car, I mean it is what it is, why the back and forth on the price? Definitely pressured to buy, agree now, and get a certain percentage off. Why? What is the price of the darn thing? Buying one from Lowes and hiring a good handyman would have cost half. Have had them out twice for estimate on projects, both times they have said they are not interested in my projects. First time they said my small bathroom fix wasn?t worth their time. Then when I decided to totally remodel the bathroom, I thought now it would be worth their time,so had them out again, but again they said they weren?t interested, said they couldn?t do it? not in their scope of work ? huh?? Honestly I?m not sure what they do, because anything I asked them about, they said wasn?t in their scope of work.
It looked great. I liked the installers. I had a minor problem, and they were quick to respond. Great people. However, after only a few months, mold started growing under the clear sealant they used. They cleaned it and reapplied the sealant, telling us the problem was fixed. It is now moldy again, and getting worse by the day.�
I asked for a bathroom remodel and when the company sent the contractor to see the space, he agreed that the items I asked for were needed but his company only does the shower.
Bad professional.
The experience with the people and the look of the finished product is great. But we already had to have them back out twice because of leaking shower both out the shower door and also under the shower into our basement. Now we are noticing that all the caulking is coming off from shelves and walls and will have to have someone come out again. It has only been 1 month 3/7/22 was our installation date and today is 4/8/22. After spending so much money it it quite scary to think that after 1 month we will already have them back... read more
