They overcharged me and will not get back with me. I have called Peyton five times. I have called Corporate Office twice. Still waiting. I paid too much for what I received. I ended up getting cheaper fixtures and tub and using only the short handicap bar sending the long one back. I used four shelves sending four back. They have their sign in my front yard. What they charged me is the upper end of what you quote for a bathroom remodel. I just had the tub, surrounding and fixtures.
Update 3/27/2023: I was just asked to give feedback after my most recent service experience and I just wanted to make SURE that my response was received so I am copying it here as well Just because you all send a bubbly Team Member out here to finish a redo, that I had to make the phone call to you all to set up, does not even BEGIN to make up for the inconvenience that West Shore Homes has caused my family and me. The salesman charged us $750.00 more than the quote. The salesman said if we signed on Monday it would be done on Tuesday. It was not done until Thursday. Interest accrued only on the balance owed but interest accrues on the total each month. Salesman tactics were dishonest. Installers did a great job. I would not do business with West Shore again.
The scheduling was bad. It did take 2 days but could have been done in a day in a half. Only had one person doing the job( Jacob) he did a fantastic job. He started the job and the next day 2 people came to do the same job but was at the wrong job.. they were supposed to do another job even though they had my address, my name and what was to be done at my house. Very confusing!!!!

DO NOT under any circumstances use this company! It has been three weeks and we still have issues. They do not answer requests to speak t management, damage walls, not a proper cleanup and when looking at the shower all we see is caulking. Part was not even caulked!
I originally scheduled my remodel in June of 2022 and scheduled it to be done 9 weeks later since I was told it would take 8-12 weeks. I was later told that there was a delay and that it would be closer to 12 weeks and they would call me. The install crew was the best. They were on time 9:00 am. Came in explained the whole process. Explained what they were doing during the whole process. Was finished by 3:30. They cleaned up like they wasn� t ever here. Professional and friendly. The salesman said he would be with us the whole way. Never saw or heard from him except for day one when I signed the papers.
