The sales people, second measurer and installers need to get on the same page as to what homeowners need to do to prepare for window installations. We were told that all installation would take place outdoors and that was not true. It need to be better explained that you need to only take drapes down, not the hardware associated with them.

Office staff needs PR training. Very rude. We wanted to hire west shore for some extra work. The office staff was so rude we went with another company. I own a business and would never speak to customers the way they do. When I asked about their quality I am very satisfied. All are complete in one day. Very professional and polite. Perhaps your office staff should take a few tips from them. The two females were rude to me and my husband. I will never recommend them again...

Not worth the time.
They totally messed up the install, we have no useable shower and we have been shuffled to voice mail multiple times when calling to schedule service to fix all the issues. The glass company cannot hang glass doors until these issues are fixed. We just want competent help to do what you promised us.
the shower is nice although not yet done.WE did have an appointment made and they did't have the parts to do the job.I did take off work,so I lost a days wages.
