customer stated they did a good job
It was a nightmare. They had to hire a cleaner to come in and clean my house of the dust and debris left. No cloths put down on my hardwood floors or expensive rugs. Nothing that was promised was done, except the color of the install. I will never use such a company again that does not hire professionals. Now waiting on my glass doors to be finished and they say they do not have parts. Do not hire these people

They do great work but to much middle man and its high. They don't pay the workers that install enough I can imagine some nasty stuff they have to do.
This company NEVER came back to sign the paperwork for the Va to approve the loan to pay them. The person Shaun that was suppose to come back out have made several appt to come back with no show I call they office to have a manager to call me so they could send someone else out but she NEVER called back. Westshore totally made a mess of our shower install. Plywood between wall and shower, does not go all the way down. Left rotted wood. Claimed they were making it right. Never heard from them again. $12,000.00 wasted.

100 year old house had rotted out from tenants improperly putting a window air conditioner in that put water down and rotted the window trim and flooring in the downstairs kitchen.
