The scheduling was bad. It did take 2 days but could have been done in a day in a half. Only had one person doing the job( Jacob) he did a fantastic job. He started the job and the next day 2 people came to do the same job but was at the wrong job.. they were supposed to do another job even though they had my address, my name and what was to be done at my house. Very confusing!!!!

DO NOT under any circumstances use this company! It has been three weeks and we still have issues. They do not answer requests to speak t management, damage walls, not a proper cleanup and when looking at the shower all we see is caulking. Part was not even caulked!
I originally scheduled my remodel in June of 2022 and scheduled it to be done 9 weeks later since I was told it would take 8-12 weeks. I was later told that there was a delay and that it would be closer to 12 weeks and they would call me. The install crew was the best. They were on time 9:00 am. Came in explained the whole process. Explained what they were doing during the whole process. Was finished by 3:30. They cleaned up like they wasn� t ever here. Professional and friendly. The salesman said he would be with us the whole way. Never saw or heard from him except for day one when I signed the papers. customer stated they did a good job
It was a nightmare. They had to hire a cleaner to come in and clean my house of the dust and debris left. No cloths put down on my hardwood floors or expensive rugs. Nothing that was promised was done, except the color of the install. I will never use such a company again that does not hire professionals. Now waiting on my glass doors to be finished and they say they do not have parts. Do not hire these people

They do great work but to much middle man and its high. They don't pay the workers that install enough I can imagine some nasty stuff they have to do.
