It's been 2 weeks, and I haven't received the package. The package has not even sent yet. The seller doesn't reply to my questions, and Amazon is refusing to release the refund. Avoid this seller at all costs.
Damaged phone, sim port would not close. Scratches, chips all over the phone. Battery was not over 80% max capacity as described. Sent this phone back.
Item was mentioned as in excellent condition. When opened and turned ON found the screen has a dead pixel area clearly visible. Also the battery condition was 'service' with only 79% capacity. Now while returning too, this asks to pay for return shipping. feels like being cheated.

PURCHASED THIS FOR MY SON CHRISTMAS GIFT NOT ONLY WAS DELIVERY NOT PROMISED ON TIME, THE PHONE IS DEFECTIVE. AFTER SENDING IT BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION IT CAME, THE SELLER WANTS TO CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE THAT WOULD GO AGAINST MY REFUND OF $224.64 FOR A LOUZY IPHONE 12 !!

Seller claimed package was shipped, and then delayed. Seller refused request for refund because package was shipped. Revised delivery date was missed. FedEx claims package was never picked up. Seller appears to have misrepresented the shipping status.
The rear camera was BROKEN! The photos all had a strange purple hue…Use caution with this seller. This defect was not disclosed . A BIG WASTE of time.
I got a tracking number right away, but package hasn't actually been shipped and has just been sitting sitting with seller for a week if it even exists and I've had zero communication from the seller!!
I need refund on shipping, product did not arrive on time
