Nothing but a scam
The IPhone 13 I received is not in EXCELLENT condition as described. I have sent a message to WirelessSource, but have not heard back from the seller to resolve the issue promptly. I can return the item for a refund, but will not receive the refund until the seller inspects the phone, so it can take 30 days before I have my money back to buy another phone. I would buy from another seller.
Needed for birthday paid 40 dollars to get on time didn’t receive it in time
I ordered excellent condition and received below fair! I could look past the cosmetic damage, but the phone is performing TERRIBLY! It keeps pausing and doing random things. There is a visible ring I can see underneath the screen. Also, THE BATTERY HEALTH IS BELOW THE GUARANTEED 80% and the phone tells me the battery is “significantly degraded” and should be replaced. What a scam.
$120 restocking fee. Seller says my icloud account is tied to the watch. I NEVER activated the device. They must have sent me a defective device and are now refusing to reimburse me. They are a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They want me to send pictures, when they already have the watch back. I never turned the watch on. FREE RETURNS is a lie. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Bullsnit seller. I bought a phone and returned it because on first startup it showed the battery needed replacement. I communicated this and filed a return. Upon accepting this return this bullsnit seller said the phone had UNDISCLOSED DAMAGE. This is BS. The phone was never used. They charged me "restocking fee" that was over 60 bucks! Avoid this seller at all costs. SHAME ON AMAZON TOO
