Product sold as “excellent” condition with 8 DENTS and 25 CHIPS exposing silver metal through the yellow color. This is barely “acceptable” condition. Scratches on back glass as well

Package never arrive
This seller is so dishonest, I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus for my niece and I received a iPhone 14 and I realized when I when to my home country to give her. She was so disappointed. Phone was so tiny/small in size.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and received a completely different phone, I requested a replacement and they canceled the order...They can't put the right phone in the box and they probably can't tie their own shoes either. Terrible experience don't buy from them.
Scammer
Refuses to give money back on returned item, stated 3 times I removed the watch from ICloud service and they still keep sending the same generic message and keeping my money fraudulently.
I contacted the seller on the 10th, the day that I was supposed to receive my phone and did not receive it. I paid for expedited shipping, I asked the seller to refund the $40 plus tax expedited fee and the seller asked me to initiate a return for the phone and that is when I would be refunded.
