everything about my experience with you as a seller has been AWFUL. you haven’t helped me AT ALL and pretty much refuse to help. lied about the delivery date and still won’t let me cancel the order. you’re just terrible

It arrived two days later, and although it is advertised as Unlocked, the phone is still very much locked to Verizon. I could excuse the delayed shipping date, but advertising something as factory unlocked, and then getting a Verizon Locked phone is absurd.

Seller guarantees an 80% battery capacity. The phone I received has less. My only option is to accept 10% back instead of the 15% I am asking for. Or I can send my phone back and wait for a refund, be without a phone. I have heart issues and need a phone. He has many complaints and I will not stop until I get 15% or $43 back
